And since most local students book tuition after school hours, having students in different time zones is actually beneficial, as it allows me to offer sessions throughout the day and reduces scheduling conflicts.

My teaching is exclusively online because my schedule are mostly back-to-back so I'm unable to travel to your place personally.

However, fret not as my online classes are highly interactive. All learning materials will be given before the lesson and digital notes will be given at the end of each lesson. I also do conduct short online quizzes at the end of each lesson to check on the student's understanding.

My commitment is that the online lessons provide an experience equivalent in quality to in-person classes. Successful online learning, however, requires student's discipline and focus.

Unfortunately, I do not offer free trial classes.

My sessions are highly customized and require significant preparation to ensure quality from the very first minute.

Instead of a free trial, we offer a guarantee for your first paid session (e.g., if you are not completely satisfied after your first class, we'll refund back 50% to you for that session), or we can provide a brief consultation call to discuss your goals and answer any questions you have before booking.

While I'm happy to help with concepts, practice problems, and general advice for IB Math, I can't possibly help the students with their IA as it violates the IB guidelines. To ensure a fair assessment, IB's policy emphasizes that the IA must be a student's own, independent work.

We prefer to keep it easy: no large upfront fees or deposits are required, so that you don't have to worry about forking out a huge sum of money at once. You simply pay for each session that you booked, and the lesson is confirmed upon payment receipt.

To ensure you get the full value out of your booking, we strongly encourage you to log in a few minutes early.

If you are late, we must keep the original scheduled end time. This ensures fairness to other students booked immediately after you. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended, refunded or rescheduled.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, I do not offer refunds for cancellations.

However, I understand that life happens! You are welcome to reschedule your class one time at no extra charge, provided you notify me at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will forfeit the class session.
